    • Customer-Paid Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
    • Shipping Label: We will provide a return shipping label if the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or shipping error.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees unless otherwise noted for specific items.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for size, color, or defective products within the 45-day return window. Please contact customer service to arrange an exchange. If your desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
