Refund Policy

You will receive your refund on the card you used to pay for your order. Money is typically transferred within 3-15 business days.
If the refund status is marked as Completed but you don’t see the payout in your bank account, contact our customer service team on order@himart.co.uk

For most orders you can apply for a refund within 90 days after order was placed. 

Our Refund policy is generally seamless as we try to ensure customer have awesome shopping experience on our website. Once a customer meet the condition specified in our return policy, refund is absolutely stressless. Please see our return policy here.

Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) is the tracking information for your bank or card company to locate the refund.

For most debit/credit card refunds that have been successfully processed over 20 business days, there will be the ARN on the order page, or provided by our customer support.

With this number, the issuing bank, especially the department at the bank which deals with chargebacks or disputed payments, is able to help you find the refund. Thus, you may provide the ARN for your bank/card company to locate the refund.

  • The bank charges a commission fee.
  • The exchange rate has changed compared to that of the payment.
  • Refunds are used to deduct installment fees.
  • The refund is for the actual price paid, not the sale price.

If you receive less than the original amount, you may contact your bank to check the above scenarios.

For security reasons, the refund will only be processed to the original card from which the payment has been deducted.

If your original card has expired or is no longer valid, you may contact the card issuer (your bank or card company) for assistance; they will still be able to receive the money on your behalf.
