Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: (7 – 15 business days): Available for all orders.

Expedited Shipping:  (1-5 business days): This available at an addtional cost.

International Shipping: Currently we ship only to United Kingdom, USA, Canada and Brazil. We are continuously working to expand this list.

Free Shipping

Free Shipping is provided on all orders from £20 and above.

Orders below £20 attracts varying shipping charges depending on the shipping address. This charges will be calculated at check out.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of the items and the shipping destination. Exact shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before payment is made.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or via the shipping carrier’s site.

Delivery Delays

While we strive for timely deliveries, certain circumstances like weather, holidays, or carrier delays may affect shipping times. Please allow for additional time during peak seasons or in case of unforeseen delays. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date to resolve the issue.

For damaged items, please include photos of the package and the product.
